1. Agreement

By downloading or using SpinSavvy (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. This agreement is between you and 4yal. It is not an agreement with Apple (see Section 12).

2. What SpinSavvy is — and is not

SpinSavvy is an educational roulette simulator and strategy lab. It is for entertainment, education, and strategy experimentation only.

• No real money and no real gambling. SpinSavvy does not accept wagers, hold balances of real money, or pay out winnings. Bankrolls in the App are simulated figures used for analysis.
• Not gambling advice. Nothing in the App is financial, betting, or gambling advice.
• No system beats the house. Roulette has a mathematical house edge (2.7% on European wheels, 5.26% on American). No strategy — in this App or anywhere else — overcomes that edge over the long run. Simulated results are illustrative and do not predict real-world outcomes. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make about real-world play.

3. Eligibility

The App contains simulated gambling content and is rated 17+. You must be at least 17 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, to use it.

4. Your identity and your device

SpinSavvy has no traditional account, username, or password. Your activity is associated with an anonymous identifier stored on your device and in your own iCloud. You are responsible for the security of your device and Apple Account. Anyone with access to them may be able to act as you within the App.

5. Subscriptions, trials, and the Lifetime purchase

SpinSavvy offers a free tier and paid options:

• Free: 10 simulation sessions and basic features.
• Pro Monthly: $4.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial.
• Pro Annual: $29.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial.
• Lifetime: $39.99, a one-time purchase that does not renew.

Monthly and Annual are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. The Lifetime option is a single payment and does not renew.

Prices are shown in USD and may vary by region; Apple sets and localizes pricing. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store terms. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we do not directly process payments or refunds.

6. Community content

SpinSavvy lets you upload strategies to a shared community library.

• Your ownership. You retain ownership of strategies you create. By submitting a strategy, you grant 4yal a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and make it available to other users within the App and related services, and to retain copies as needed to operate and moderate the service.
• Your responsibility. You represent that you have the right to submit what you upload and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or violate law.
• No personal data in public fields. Strategy names, reviewer notes, and your display name may become public. Do not include personal, sensitive, offensive, deceptive, or unlawful content.
• Moderation. We may review, approve, deny, edit, remove, or refuse any submission at our discretion, including after publication. We are not obligated to host or retain any content.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for real-money gambling or to provide gambling services to others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or credentials, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Access the App's APIs other than through the App, or scrape, overload, disrupt, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.
• Upload malicious, infringing, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or unlawful content.
• Misrepresent another person or interfere with other users' use of the App.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its design, code, branding, and content provided by us are owned by 4yal or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms. Community strategies created by other users remain theirs; downloading one does not transfer ownership to you.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that simulated results are accurate or representative of real outcomes, or that any strategy will perform in any particular way.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4yal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the App — including any decisions you make about real-world gambling. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold 4yal harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Apple App Store — additional terms

These Terms are between you and 4yal only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the App, and any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to any warranty are our responsibility, not Apple's. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App, including product-liability, regulatory, or intellectual-property claims. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist-supporting," and that you are not on any U.S. Government restricted-party list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You must also comply with applicable third-party terms (for example, the App Store Terms of Service).

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) survive.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective date" on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
